About Me

I’m a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and Certified Art Therapy Practitioner with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health challenges. I also hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I use a variety of approaches in my work, including:

  • Person-centered therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Narrative theory

One of my greatest passions is blending art with therapy. Through Expressive Arts Therapy, I combine psychology and the creative process to support emotional healing and growth. For those who struggle to express feelings with words, art can be a powerful outlet for self-discovery and change.

Expressive Arts Therapy is for everyone—children, adults, individuals, and groups. I believe deeply in the healing power of creativity and strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.
