I’m a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and Certified Art Therapy
Practitioner with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over 14 years of experience in
the mental health field. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting
individuals with a wide range of mental health challenges. I also hold a Master’s in
Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use a variety of approaches in my work, including:
- Person-centered therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Narrative theory
One of my greatest passions is blending art with therapy. Throughout Expressive Arts
Therapy. I combine psychology and the creative process to support emotional healing
and growth. For those who struggle to express feelings with words, art can be a
powerful outlet for self-discovery and growth.
Expressive Arts Therapy is for everyone–children, adults, individuals, and groups. I
believe deeply in the healing power of creativity and strive to provide a safe, non-
judgemental space for exploration and growth.
I am also passionate about women issues, specifically in mental health for perimetral
and post-partum assessment and treatment for anxiety and depression.
