About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Addiction Studies and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern State University. Since graduating, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of inpatient, outpatient, and educational settings, which has allowed me to develop my clinical skills and approach to helping others.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a type of bilateral stimulation specifically designed to address trauma. My main focus is to help individuals establish healthy habits and routines to better manage the overwhelming stressors of life.
In addition to my professional work, I serve on the youth staff at the Pentecostals of Alexandria, am an active member of the Junior League of Alexandria, and sit on the Chapter Advisory Board for the Alpha Zeta Chapter of Sigma Sigma Sigma.
