I am a proud graduate of ULM, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Over the years, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals and couples across a variety of treatment settings, always with the goal of fostering personal growth, healing, and meaningful change.
My passion lies in helping my clients uncover their most authentic selves and navigate through the challenges of relationships and personal conflicts. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life, and I work closely with clients to guide them toward their goals in a compassionate and empowering way.
Trained in both Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I incorporate these evidence-based approaches into my practice to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build the tools they need to manage life's challenges. My commitment to providing a safe, supportive environment is at the core of my work, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they grow and achieve greater well-being.
