I earned my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Louisiana College and my Master’s in Social Work from LSU. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in both non-profit and outpatient mental health settings, where I’ve developed a deep commitment to supporting the emotional well-being of others.
I’m especially passionate about working with girls and women ages 10 and up who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life adjustments. It’s an honor to walk alongside them on their journey, helping them rediscover their strength and step into a greater sense of freedom and purpose.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I also offer spiritually integrated CBT for those who request it. Above all, I strive to provide a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal and grow.
