I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern State University. For over 10 years, I’ve worked in various outpatient settings, providing care for children, adolescents, and adults in a range of environments.
My approach is holistic and compassionate, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I utilize specialized training and techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Somatic Therapy Approaches.
Outside of my work with individuals and families, I stay active in my church community and enjoy teaching Zumba classes.
