I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of practicing social work in a variety of settings—including outpatient clinics, schools, and in-home environments—working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
I have specialized training in trauma-focused counseling, which allows me to support clients in processing and healing from experiences such as physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and other forms of trauma. I’m experienced in providing individual, family, group, and couples therapy, and I help clients navigate a wide range of challenges.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
