I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from NSU, followed by my Master's degree in Rehabilitation and Counseling Psychology from ULL. My professional background includes experience in both inpatient behavioral health and university counseling settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.
In my work, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe in meeting each client where they are, tailoring the therapeutic process to their unique needs, and empowering them to move toward meaningful change. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and ultimately live more balanced, fulfilling lives.
