Sandra Williams, LCSW
Sandra Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from Northwestern State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Sandra then went on to obtain a Master of Social Work Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University of Nacogdoches, Texas. Since obtaining her Master's Degree, she has practiced in various clinical settings, inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, working with multiple populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric. She was also a Social Services Director of a nursing home. She now provides individual therapy for children and adolescents who are struggling with severe anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, family and relationship stress, anger management, oppositional and defiant behaviors, and ADHD. Sandra believes it is important that every client truly feels heard and that the therapist meets them where they are. She believes in empowering her clients through evidence-based approaches like Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
